| Flue Pan Hood |
- Rests on top perimeter of flue pan.
- All non-magnetic stainless steel.
- Access doors located on both sides, choice of locations.
- Comes with condensation gutters around the interior of perimeter as well as under the steam stack to direct water out of the hood through pipe fittings on each side of hood.
- Steam stack is best located in the centre of the length of the hood, but can be located elsewhere if required.
- Can be ordered with any length of steam stack required and with or without a peaked rain cover and roof jack flashing.
- Made to fit any make, model or size of evaporator pans.

| Front Syrup Pan Hood |
- Raised above the syrup pan(s) to permit easy visual inspection of the pan(s).
- All non-magnetic stainless steel.
- Comes with condensation gutters around the interior of perimeter as well as under the steam stack to direct water out of the hood through pipe fittings on each long side of hood.
- Steam stack is best located in the centre of the length of the hood, but can be located elsewhere if required.
- Can be ordered with any length of steam stack required and with or without a peaked rain cover and roof jack flashing.
- If this hood is ordered at the same time as the flue pan hood and a sap preheater, it comes with its own steam stack. If ordered at the same time as a flue pan, but without a preheater, the front hood will be attached to the flue pan and share the common steam stack of the flue pan hood.
