Rule Of Thumb: 3 pounds of syrup will make about 2 pounds of sugar. Each 1/4 sheet mold will hold about 1 pound of sugar.

   MAPLE  BUTTER MACHINE

                The newest and easiest way to produce creamy smooth maple butter.

Once the syrup is heated to the correct temperature elsewhere, pour it 

into the funnel and let the machine do the stirring until the desired

consistency is reached. To fill containers, simply open the valve

and allow it to flow and repeat. Wash up is fast and easy with hot

                              water only.
